Description
The Ladybug 3 Salt is a lightweight knife perfectly suited for working in wet condtions or where other carbon steel based knives would rust. This knife is part of Spyderco’s Salt Series of knives made from nitrogen based alloys instead of carbon based alloys. The H-1 steel in the Ladybug 3 will not rust since the carbon in the steel has been eliminated making it “Rustproof” H-1 steel remains 100% rust free and also holds a sharp cutting edge. The Ladybug 3 is available in a SpyderEdge or PlainEdge configuration. The FRN handle has had bi-directional texturing for an almost slip resistant grip. It comes in bright yellow so that it can easily be found on land or in water. It is clipless and has a lanyard hole instead so that the knife can be attached to a set of keys or float.
